24 hour notice is required for cancellation. Cancellation within 24 hours will result in charge of 50% of the service price. No shows will result in charge of 100% of service.

There is a 10 minute grace period. Arriving after the grace period will be be considered a late cancellation, 50% of the service will be charged, and your appointment will be rescheduled.

No guests or children. This allows your esthetician to give 100% focus to your service, concerns, and goals.

LASH CLIENTS:​

• Arrive with clean/makeup free face.

• 40% of extensions must be present for service to be considered a fill. Anything less will be considered a full set. 

• 48 hour retention guarantee: I offer a free fix within 48 hours of your initial appointment if you experience excessive fallout.

WAX CLIENTS:​

• Hair must be at least ½ inch long to be waxed.

• 18+ only for intimate waxing.
